Please provide a summary of the associate's most significant accomplishments/results in 2023 with specific examples/data to support.
During 2023, Miles made significant contributions and impact to the Meijer/KHC team with his accomplishments in promo analysis, the promo analysis he created for Frozen Apps has become the template for all vendors when submitting promo analysis to the Meijer Buyer. Miles has had other significant recognition from the Meijer buyers for his must buy analysis that includes customer profile. Miles provided pro-active category review and analysis of Lunchables and Meal Combos looking at 3 vs 4 cell items to help make decisions on assortment prior to implementation of new 1 ½ facing guidelines. Earlier in the year Miles created a sell-in story for processed slice looking at the need for thick and thin cut and the sell-in story was not only used at Meijer but is also being used by the HEB and Publix team during their category reviews in May.
Feedback from Category Leadership Lead (KHC): Miles’ support of the Category Lead and the three other Category Advisors is a strength, always willing to help and be a part of the team and is a great communicator. Miles is great at prioritizing and setting expectations on turn around. Miles asks questions and meets deadlines. Miles is always asking to take on more. With ad-hoc requests, Miles pulls the data/information and then is able to talk through what is important and is an expert in Dunnhumby. He has a great can do attitude, and his attitude fits in with the culture of Kraft Heinz.

Client/Customer Focused: Miles always puts the client's needs and expectations first. He communicates effectively with the KHC team and provides them with accurate and timely information. He also listens to their feedback and implements changes to improve the service quality. Miles represents Acosta with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate internally and with clients: Miles works well with his colleagues at Acosta and the KHC team. He is open to new ideas and suggestions and shares his own insights and best practices. He is flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities. He supports his teammates and helps them achieve their goals.
Talent Obsessed: Miles is proactive in his career development and learning. He seeks feedback from his leaders and peers and acts on it to improve his performance and skills. He also reaches out to other associates at Acosta outside of the KHC dedicated team to learn more about different career areas and opportunities. He is curious and eager to grow.
